Depending on the demand, mission and aircraft involved, we are providing as many Pilots and other Crewmembers as necessary with respect and under consideration to safety and cost factor.
We're specialized in transporting general aviation airplanes from single engine piston airplanes up to multi engine turbine prop's as single Pilot operation. Our major experience is in between North America and Europe. The northern part of the Atlantic is our home.
We also deliver jet's and can establish 2 Pilot crew for airplanes above 12'000 lbs.
We do always work for the most ideal and efficient solution in order to deliver any airplanes to any destination.
YOUR INQUIRY - OUR PROPOSAL
We will establish a cost proposal within 24-48 hours after we receive an inquiry for a ferry flight mission.
Your ferry flight INQUIRY should include exact airplane make, model and type and fuel capacity, true airspeed (TAS) and average fuel flow per hour (FF/hr.). Also listed should be any additional equipment which have mandated STC's (supplemental type certificates) such as additional installed ferry fuel tanks, etc. As final you should include exact airport information (most ideal ICAO code) for pick up and final delivery. Any time schedule you may like to establish should be included too.
We will issue an accurate cost proposal with respect to the airplane involved, which includes FUEL, OIL, ACCOMMODATIONS, TRANSPORTATIONS AND ANY FEES. Our cost estimation has a low end and a high end price. Usually the proposed low end price is actually the final one. The low end cost amount has to been placed at least 5 days ahead of the ferry flight. The amount for Pilot(s) and emergency equipment is included in our estimation as a flat rate and under consideration of the duration for the ferry flight mission.

ATTENTION AIRCRAFT BUYERS/OWNERS IN EU COUNTRIES
FERRY FLIGHTS INTERNATIONAL now offers assistance for import of airplanes into the European countries, delivered through us from the US or any other out of EU state country.
We assist you with transporting the aircraft initially to Denmark for EU-custom clearances. Danish law allows under certain circumstances that airplanes are taxed with 0% and receive legal EU-country import status.
This service is certainly not free of charge, but considering "normal" tax procedures in any EU-countries, the expenses are a small fraction compared with the tax issues. During our ferry flights, we have delivered aircrafts through the agency in Denmark and we hadn't any unhappy client. This procedure is straight forward, legal and acknowledged in any EU country.
Please ask for details if you're interested. We deliver the aircraft for you to Denmark and 1 day later to the front of your door including all legal EU-custom papers.
We have established import- and export procedures for airplanes at both sides, in north America and in Europe.

All travel- and other aircraft delivery service related expenses are billed by original receipts and are due at the time of aircraft delivery.
You pay only the original cost's, no addition's, period !!

Any necessary AIRCRAFT REPAIR'S and/or SERVICE'S enroute
Any other fee's like IMPORT, SECURITY, APPROVAL's, etc.
Temporary LONG RANGE TANK's, INSTALLATION + CERTIFICATION
INSURANCE + other necessary AIRCRAFT certificates (depending on country + registration)
Any NAV-CANADA fee's for flights crossing Canadian airspace
All aircraft related expenses are billed by original receipts and due at time and place of aircraft delivery.
