OUR FERRY FLIGHT RULES + POLICY
Ferry Flights International or any of its representatives and/or associates are NOT responsible for any aircraft component or system failure before, during and after the ferry flight.
Any aircraft insurance and any and all mandatory insurance related policies are in the full responsibility of the aircraft's Owner and/or Operator.
Ferry Flights International is strictly operating the transport of the said aircraft in the most safest and direct way possible and under the most ideal economical conditions for the customer.
Any possible en-route traffic- and navigation charges are been billed directly from the authorities to the registered Owner/Operator of the aircraft and are NOT included in any of the cost proposals issued by Ferry Flights Int'l.
Ferry Flights International is responsible to operate said aircraft in accordance with the operating handbook and under the manufacturers specifications and recommendations and in accordance with all US- and foreign laws and aviation regulations.
In order to establish a squawk free aircraft transport mission, we need certain tasks to be completed ahead of the service provided. Please read the following terms:
- AIRCRAFT must have airworthiness certificate (Country of Reg.) and / or appropriate WAIVER, and in some cases a FERRY FLIGHT PERMISSION
- ALL necessary AIRCRAFT DOCUMENT's such as POH, etc. and CERTIFICATES must be available which includes weight & balance, registration- and insurance documentation's, etc.
- All EQUIPMENT must be in WORKING condition or appropriate WAIVER in existence
- In some cases we FERRY aircrafts together with the OWNER. Be aware that in such instances the costs are higher in terms of emergency equipment and hospitality matters.
- We participate as SAFETY PILOTS and ADVISERS if the owner / operator of the aircraft requests this service
- We have established our own AIRPLANE CHECKOUT PROCEDURE. GROUND-INSPECTION + local FLIGHT(s) test(s) are our mandatory rules (Approximately 2-3 hours for Long Range / International ferrying)
- We keep the right to REFUSE certain flights if we feel that SAFETY and/or other circumstances involved aren't an ideal factor and can't be circumvented or prevented. Any pre-paid amounts will be fully returned, except expenses which have already occurred while the mission has started
- Our PROPOSALS are honest and very accurate. If you agree on the terms, and the mission is established, the proposed amount has to be paid in advance, at least 5 days ahead of the date of departure. All other expenses are due at the time of aircraft delivery
- We work out a price range which includes a low and a high amount. We will establish the mission within that frame and we charge the original cost's only. At the final destination we will provide all original receipts with the detailed settlement. Any amount due or refunds will be paid at place of final delivery.
- Plan YOUR aircraft delivery REQUEST as far ahead as possible. That makes everything easier for all parties involved
- SAFETY is our primary GOAL
- LOW COSTS are our secondary TARGET
RELIABLE - QUICK - SAFE
